Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GlowCube. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Photo or video proof is required so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is approved, please contact us before returning the item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition received

  • In original packaging
